Eddy Alexandre, 50, of Valley Stream, NY, is the CEO of EminiFX, a cryptocurrency and forex trading platform. Authorities say that, beginning last September, Alexandre founded and ran EminiFX and convinced “hundreds of individual investors” to invest with him.
