Prior to her role at Blockchain.com, Mimi spent almost a decade scaling SaaS giant Dropbox. Pivoting from Dropbox’s global Enterprise Strategy team to Chief of Staff, Mimi was then appointed Head of Customer Success, where she expanded and built advocacy across Dropbox Business clients. In that role, and in her entrepreneurial endeavor building Westside Nannies | San Francisco, Mimi saw firsthand the power of an exceptional customer experience.
